Kombuki is seeking an Executive Manager for its SpeakUp Investigations team, responsible for conducting impartial investigations into misconduct and promoting accountability within the organization. The role requires extensive experience in workplace investigations and an understanding of corporate whistleblower regulations

Job Summary

  • The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable the Group’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
  • You will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism; and in accordance with best practice and SpeakUP’s processes (which include participant support processes).
  • At CommBank, we support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
