8+ years managing high-performing teams
11+ years project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations
11+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar
Experience as Executive Sponsor on project deployments
5+ years in HCM, Payroll or Financial Software applications
Ability to present complex technology concepts to c-level executives
