Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of management responsibilities in Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Technical Services, R&D, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP or related)
Basic knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relating to Food Safety and Quality, including FSMA
