Job Summary

  • Leads the Talent, Learning and Culture Center of Expertise for VCA, responsible for executing strategy and leading a team of 5 to 10 associates.
  • Partners with MVH to design and own the execution and deployment of programs and processes for Talent, Culture, and Learning at VCA.
  • Contributes to the development of the People Strategy with the VCA P&O Leadership Team and fosters a high performing leadership team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years’ experience in Talent, Culture and HR

  • Travel up to 30%
