This person will be an integral member of the team to manage the daily, routine and emergency operation of the facility on a 24/7 basis to ensure 100% uptime of all systems.

Key Requirements
2-3 years experience as building operating engineer
Minimum 500 BHP high-pressure steam plant
Minimum 750 tons centrifugal chillers
Working knowledge of building automation systems
Working knowledge of system controls
Working knowledge of fire alarm systems
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
