  • You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in directing operations, developing policies, and participating in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
  • This role involves managing staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure routine nursing care meets the daily needs of each resident.

Key Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Current unencumbered active RN license in this state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
