Must-have
Loss prevention in retail environment
Conduct surveillance and CCTV monitoring
Prepare theft and incident reports
Work flexible hours including weekends
Collaborate with law enforcement and security
Perform store audits and safety inspections
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to provide coaching on loss prevention
Proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel
Maintain composure under pressure
Key Requirements
1 year asset protection/loss prevention experience
Satisfy and maintain provincial licensing requirements
High School graduate or equivalent
Availability to work multiple locations within market
