Key Requirements
5+ years consulting experience
8+ years functional experience in HCM, Financials, Revenue, Spend
experience in at least 2 full cycle client implementations
Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision
