Job Summary

  • Manage facility-wide Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Programs to optimize business to best serve our customers.
  • Lead, track, and update productivity projects using the standard reporting system (Protrak) and collect, analyze, summarize, and present process data (OEE) to the management team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing lean manufacturing
  • Strong, direct project management experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and 2D CAD
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
