• The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing new business and expanding existing relationships for business banking customers.
• This position requires exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting products and services as appropriate to identify and fulfill customer needs.
• Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Completion of formal credit training program preferred
• Minimum 5 years commercial credit and lending experience
• Prior B2B, small business banking, or consultative outside sales experience
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
