You will lead the development of a five-year modernization plan for operations control processes aligned with the Group Operations vision.
The position requires acting as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership by presenting AI results and fostering collaboration with the Group AI organization.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor in Finance or Business Administration
5+ years experience with 2 years AI/ML
Strong financial and accounting background
ERP, Google Sheets, Excel, and BI tools knowledge
Agile or Continuous Improvement mindset
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Group reporting system IRIS
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Experience with Disclosure Management solutions

Key Requirements
