Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Management to lead the Servicing Strategy transition to the Orion system. The ideal candidate will have over five years of product management experience and a strong technical background to ensure successful integration across multiple platforms
Job Summary
The Sr. Manager will serve as the Product Lead for Servicing Strategy during our transition from legacy TSYS to the Modern Core (Orion), acting as the primary point of integration for Channels and Shared Services to ensure a unified migration.
They will partner closely with Platform Leads to navigate complex architectural trade-offs, ensuring the Orion program’s vision is executed in a way that directly optimizes the Servicing experience.
This is a high-visibility role requiring both technical depth and Director-level+ stakeholder orchestration to ground program scope, manage resourcing and capacity, and architect a multi-year integrated roadmap across 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
