Samsara is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join their remote Sales Compensation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales compensation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Job Summary

  • Administer sales variable payments, including commissions, draws, MBOs, and SPIFFs in accordance with the monthly commission process and company policies for assigned sales teams.
  • Support commission plan participant setup, including new hires, terminations, and in-year and/or year-over-year change and complete relevant audit controls for SOX compliance.
  • Identifying and contribute to process improvements to scale Sales Compensation operations with Samsara’s growth.
