Job Summary
This position is a trusted advisor to the customer and is accountable for representing Caterpillar and Caterpillar assigned actions, influencing product groups to accelerate corrective actions and support that mitigate product and production issues.
The role will partner closely with the Mining Region Manager, Physical Availability and Site Solutions Manager, Commercial Manager and Sales Reps on commercial opportunity at the site and acts as a consultant to dealer and customer operations and maintenance managers.
The successful candidate will manage key site performance metrics including technology availability, production metrics, operating cost per ton, uptime, AHS fleet utilization, safety, and contribute to Caterpillar’s “Zero Harm” safety metrics.
