Job Summary
The Onsite Well-being Registered Nurse will work closely with Cigna Benefits and Account Management Teams and in executing Cigna’s well-being and health management goals.
The primary focus of the Onsite Well-being Coach/Coordinator is individual coaching, site health promotion and Clinic Functions.
This RN balances individual coaching sessions with appropriate delivery and coordination of wellness programs including event scheduling and appointment coordination and monitors effectiveness of the programs.
