Develop change management, communication, and training plans to support HRBPs, managers, and regional SMEs during transition.

Key Requirements
8-10+ years HR/Employee Relations/Performance Management leadership
Bachelor's Degree required
Proven experience leading large-scale process transformation
Strong understanding of performance management frameworks
Experience managing global teams
Expertise in change management
Prior experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred
