Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6-10+ years post-graduate experience
  • Expertise in embodied and operational carbon
  • Knowledge of LEED, WELL, Passivehaus rating systems
  • Proficiency in building simulation and LCA software
  • Experience with BIM, energy modeling, and daylighting analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Strong graphic presentation and communication skills
  • Experience developing training programs or educational courses
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data analytics tools
  • Ability to facilitate large team discussions and workshops

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in sustainable building, architecture, engineering, or related field
