Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients in accordance with the laws and rules that govern the practice of occupational therapy in the state of Ohio.
The individual who fills this position will be responsible for serving patients with a variety of diagnoses and impairments, including, but not limited to, general medicine, burns, amputations, orthopedic issues, strokes, cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular limitations, and oncological needs.
Although team members report directly to a team leader, they are also responsible to each other, to those they supervise, and to other participants included in the patient care activities.

Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio
0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Licensed and/or certified with Occupational Therapy
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy at a minimum
