Job Summary
The role focuses on leading and optimizing IT service desk operations, IT asset management, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance, security, and high-quality end-user support.
You will be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day IT Service Desk and End User Computing (EUC) operations, overseeing end-user support, and ensuring service desk tickets are managed efficiently to meet business SLAs.
This role involves providing coaching and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team culture, and ensuring full visibility and control of IT hardware and software assets with emphasis on compliance.
