Key Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive HR experience
  • M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in multicultural environments
  • Experience in talent development and organization transformation
  • Hands-on project and change management experience
  • Good knowledge of China mainland labor regulation
  • Fluency of English and Cantonese
