Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • single- and three-phase systems up to 480V

  • National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance
  • OSHA standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • CMMS platform for work orders

Key Requirements

  • Valid Electrical License – (Journeyman or equivalent)
  • 3+ years commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Working knowledge of NEC requirements
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical distribution and lighting systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
  • Experience working within a CMMS-driven maintenance environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures
  • Multi-trade maintenance experience
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, operate scissor lifts, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
