Job Summary
This role leads planning and executing new capital infrastructure investments as well as end-of-life, break/fix capital, and deferred maintenance projects.
The role requires expertise in critical infrastructure, including power systems and cooling plants, and Building Automation Systems (BAS), and supervises a team of managers and coordinators who oversee a workforce providing 24/7 support to various facilities.
The role requires significant project management experience and may be responsible for managing projects, reviewing project designs and supporting special events and newsgathering requirements.
