  • Serve as the primary contact for Financial Advisors on the participant engagement program and guide them on Morgan Stanley's fiduciary investment monitoring service.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process and technology roadblocks and implement scalable improvements that support the growth of the institutional business.
