Job Summary
This position has completed training and has developed the competencies necessary to perform assembly and inspection operations and processes.
The incumbent seeks out and readily accepts opportunities for cross training and is expected to follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable.

Salary
Base: $20 per hour; Shift Differential: 15%; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours holidays, paid time off

High school graduate or equivalent
