The BIP Behavior Analyst ensures personalized and impactful care by designing and supervising the applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
By working directly with clients and training caregivers and staff, they assist their clients in gaining key skills that will lead to increased independence.
This vital role includes early intensive behavioral intervention, training and supervising the treatment team, caregiver training, care coordination, behavior consultation, school consultation, and psychoeducational services.
