Job Summary
The overarching purpose of the position is to ensure access to high-quality library resources and services in order to advance student success and support the research mission of the university.
This position will report to, and coordinate with, the Access Services Librarian to create department policies, procedures, training, and customer service goals.
The Manager, Library Services will supervise the daily desk and backroom operations of the Access and User Services department, including managing circulation/access functions, scheduling department staff, and oversee services during department hours.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, computer/information science or related field
Four (4) years of relevant experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
5-8 years of customer service experience
3-5 years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience
