  • Develop regional business plans by conducting SWOT analysis of the market and aligning with key business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in plan implementation.
  • Develop capabilities according to the Regional Manager (DSM) capability model to improve efficiency and actively disseminate and develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behaviors, serving as a role model for other employees.
