  • Contract negotiation with commercial clients
  • Legal risk advisory and compliance

  • Support for Norwegian public sector transactions
  • Protection of intellectual property
  • Ability to handle high volume negotiations
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency in Swedish and/or Danish
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Experience with Doffin and TED portals
  • Support internal legal training
  • Corporate governance support

Key Requirements

  • University degree in law
  • Qualified attorney/advokat in Norway
  • 5-6 years legal or law firm experience
  • Verbal and written fluency in English and Norwegian
  • Experience negotiating international IP contracts
  • Experience with Norwegian public sector portals
