Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years progressive HVAC operational experience
  • 3 years management experience with team productivity responsibility
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent
  • Johnson Controls Metasys experience
  • 8 years operational HVAC leadership experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
