Job Summary
As part of our ongoing modernisation and growth, you will help us improve how we work, how we operate and how we deliver for our customers.
You will lead transformation activity across the business, supporting teams as we modernise systems, strengthen processes and continue to build a safe, efficient and future‑ready operation.
We will offer you a 37-hour week (half‑day Friday), defined contribution pension, 33 days annual leave, annual bonus, life assurance, virtual GP service, and wellbeing support.
