Job Summary

• As a Field Service Technician providing support for Neptune, you will spend the majority of your time traveling between hospitals, troubleshooting and resolving customer and product issues, and building positive relationships with customers and internal partners.
• The role requires the ability to solve complex problems while maintaining strong relationships and documenting service results to maintain accurate quality records.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years technical service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies
• Ability to work overtime, overnight, and weekends as needed
• Near visual acuity (corrected) and color vision required
• Ability to exert physical force and remain standing/walking for extended periods
