Journeyman electricians partner with field foremen and site superintendents, who coordinate work, manage risks, and keep projects on track through planning, motivation, and communication.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing conduit
Wire installations with conduit & cable tray
Connecting power to equipment
Ability to lead/develop up to 4 apprentice electricians
Knowledge of other construction trades
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs
Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds
Nice-to-have
Desire to learn BIM/VDC technologies
Team player with a focus on safety
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Key Requirements
State issued journeyman electrician license
Industrial electrical experience required
Knowledge of BIM/VDC Technology preferred
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
