Job Summary
The Frontline Leader – Welding is responsible for supporting the welding production area and Welding Supervisor to ensure policy, leadership, quality, on-time, and efficiency performance goals are met.
This role works closely with welding employees and collaborates with the day/swing shift Supervisors and Frontline Leaders for seamless continuation of activities and administrative support to reach production goals.
