Supervises Specialists directly, handling selection, performance evaluations, career development, and corrective actions.
Partners with Endoscopy sales representatives to drive support for Specialists, enhance customer engagement, and grow the ProCare business.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent

4 years relevant work experience
At least 3 years prior management experience

5+ years tenure with Stryker ProCare/OnSite Operations preferred
