Job Summary

• Oversee concession stands and handle operations, issues, and situations during an event.
• Verify beginning and ending inventory counts, keep track of ingoing and outgoing inventory, and ensure product is always stocked.
• Assist with training new concession workers and enforce all policies and procedures, including alcohol policies.
