Proven experience in end-to-end payroll operations management
Mastery of Brazilian labor and social security legislation
Advanced knowledge of key legal and accessory obligations
Proficiency in payroll systems
Experience with year-end closing processes
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with benefits administration
Familiarity with admission and onboarding processes
Knowledge of process standardization methodologies
Experience in project management
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment to deadlines
