The Program Coordinator will provide leadership and day to day management of IRC’s programs implementation in Colombia, under the supervision of the DDP for Colombia.
Responsibilities include ensuring timely planning, implementation and follow up of multi-sector programming, monitoring progress against indicators and budgets, and identifying risk areas.
The role involves direct supervision of field office leaders, coaching, training, mentoring staff, and promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
