Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Immunology or related field with industry experience
  • Hands-on therapeutic antibody discovery expertise
  • Proficiency in flow cytometry and single-cell analysis
  • Experience with phage display and NGS data analysis
  • Ability to design immunization schemas and panning strategies

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with PyMOL, AlphaFold, or MOE for structure prediction
  • Familiarity with R, Python, or Spotfire for data visualization
  • Background in closed-loop discovery systems and machine learning
  • Strong collaboration skills with computational biology teams
  • Experience in high-throughput discovery environments

Key Requirements

  • PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, or Bioengineering
  • 2+ years of industry experience required (or MS with 5+ / BS with 7+)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design and interpret experiments
