The Amynta Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President for their Excess Casualty division to manage and produce profitable business while supporting the Senior Vice President. The role involves collaboration with underwriters, developing broker relationships, and handling new and renewal accounts in various casualty domains including commercial contractors and hospitality

Job Summary

  • The AVP reports directly to the Senior Vice President – Excess Casualty and will balance supporting the SVP’s workflow with developing and managing independent production channels.
  • Responsible for producing, underwriting and retaining profitable business for the company, effectively handling an impactful flow of new and renewal accounts within division’s guidelines and appetite.
  • Marketing Ambridge Excess Casualty products, developing and strengthening wholesale broker relationships.
