Job Summary
Your principal role will be to carry the strategic vision for the evolution of ITSM & Referentials products, in line with IT production operational processes for our internal clients.
You will coordinate with the Tech Lead the work of a team of 6 to 12 people (internal and external TMA) and co-manage significant budgets (over €1M).
