Job Summary

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily operations and maintenance activities across multiple disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation & Controls, and UPW).
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while maintaining compliance while using Maintenance Standard Work (MSW) and Last Minute Risk Analysis (LMRA) standards.
  • Develop and implement training plans, including EHS and NXP‑required training for direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor facilities, industrial maintenance, or construction trades
  • Proven experience leading a technical team
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
  • Understanding of business and management principles
  • Knowledge of human resource management procedures
  • Ability to interpret complex schematics and engineering drawings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of building codes and environmental regulations
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Familiarity with Kronos or similar time-keeping systems
  • Ability to respond to facility emergencies on a 24/7 basis
  • Willingness to work off-shift hours, weekends, and holidays
