  • Analyzes and interprets performance and quality data to identify and mitigate impacts on the production system, conducts process assessments, and provides feedback on improvement opportunities and risks.
  • Supports training and coaching solutions to improve employee performance, provides subject matter expertise, and assists with Structured on the Job Training (SOJT) plans.

  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications and templates
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
