Must-have

  • Install, configure, maintain user workstations
  • Front line desktop support
  • Company infrastructure monitoring
  • Office365 and Exchange experience
  • Microsoft Entra and Active Directory administration
  • Windows 10, 11 and Mac support
  • Diagnose and fix hardware problems

Nice-to-have

  • Keen learner, able to apply new technologies
  • Collaborative in cross-functional teams
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Experience in monitoring of systems

Key Requirements

  • IT Qualification in A+ and AZ-900
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work shifts
