Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of aircon technicians on daily service and maintenance jobs Plan job schedules and ensure timely completion of service requests Troubleshoot complex air-conditioning system issues and support technicians onsite Oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and installation works Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports Liaise with customers and handle technical or service escalations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Manage tools, spare parts, and inventory RequirementsDiploma / ITE / Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 3 years of aircon servicing experience Supervisory experience in HVAC or facilities maintenance preferred Strong knowledge of split units, VRV/VRF systems, AHU/FCU, and chillers Good troubleshooting and leadership skills Class 3 driving licence is an advantage What We OfferCompetitive salary + overtime + allowances Career progression opportunities Training and professional development Friendly and supportive team environment
