This role partners closely with People & Experience leadership, including direct support to the Chief People Officer, to deliver accurate and timely workforce and remuneration insights.
The specialist owns the administration and optimisation of key people systems, focusing on system performance, data integrity, and practical analytics that enable better business outcomes.
