Job Summary

• The HCM/Recruiting Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s HCM solution for our Financial Services, Insurance (FSI) and Professional Services (PS) customers and help establish and champion best practices for all deployments.
• Workday’s Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) and Professional Services (PS) Industry team’s main purpose is to deliver Workday’s consulting services and build an outstanding customer experience by delivering engaging and innovative consulting services.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
