  • The Global Rewards Service Head is accountable for the global deployment of impactful Rewards processes and services across GSK.
  • This role drives excellence by leading a high-performing team of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) experts globally, ensuring the continuous enhancement of skills and capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

Salary

Base: PLN 0 to PLN 0 gross; Bonus/Equity: eligible for a bonus (if applicable) and/or awards for exceptional performance; Benefits: All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 18+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Global Rewards
  • 12+ years progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Global Rewards
  • 6+ years experience leading global or regional Rewards teams and programmes
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale global projects/processes
  • operating across 50+ countries or equivalent complexity
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), CIPD, SHRM-SCP or equivalent
