Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works at the site to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. Liaise with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues. Review structural and architectural drawings, method statements, and work schedules. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets regulatory and project requirements. Ensure compliance with building codes, local authorities' requirements, and workplace safety standards. Assist in managing permits, inspections, and documentation for civil/structural works. Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in C&S coordination in construction projects. Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations. Ability to interpret engineering and structural drawings. Familiarity with site safety protocols and coordination of site activities. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or other CAD software).
