Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate patient care through the Valley Hospital Health Care System as it relates to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and utilization of resources.
The schedule includes hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a weekend rotation of three weekend days per month.
