The Site Leader is responsible for all aspects of operation or functions at the site, including budgetary, people development, and operations objectives.
Responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring them to ensure performance objectives are met.
The role drives the creation of quality and process improvement initiatives to enable the functional area and Fulfillment Center to meet and exceed business plans.
